  • Helpdesk Issues
    • Proposing. AllieCosta reported that we receieved a few helpdesk ticket over the past week; no major issues. RobertMinchin noted that we receieved a DDT proposal that had the problem of an illegal character in the filename which causes problems when printing. This could be a larger issue during the deadline. Need to keep an eye out for these proposals.
    • Account. AnandCrossely reported no major issues; business as usual.
  • PCO SPR Recruitment. AllieCosta reported that RyanLynch filled our two vacancies. We tried to recruit people with white dwarf/CV experience but they all said no. We will try again next semester.
  • PST/PHT Review Items. AllieCosta and JimSheckard reported that the review items are ready to be released.
  • GB PHT CSV File. DanaBalser noted that we want to include the three letter code in the GB PHT files to be consistent with the PHT. JayFrothingham will add this to the list of things to do. We do not need this until 27B.
  • Proposal Cap Simulations. DanaBalser reported that he reran the simulations for 23A-25B using the new contraints: generally do not include VLBI arrays (e.g., HSA/GMVA), but include joint proposals. He informed the Director of these new constraints. We will plan to discuss how to implement the caps in the 7 August 2025 TTA meeting.
