PST. LorantSjouwerman reported that we have had a couple of tickets, mostly associated with resources. DanaBalser reported an offline question about sources lists. Specifically what to do about source lists that are not public or sources that have not been observed yet. In general we require that the positions be public, but for those not yet observed the user could select Triggered. The Archive does make the source position public once observed, even though the data are not public until after the proprietary period.
Account. AnandCrossley reported that there have only been a few Account tickets, but these usually pick up in the next two weeks.
PST Review Items. LorantSjouwerman reported that there are 5 tickets, one of which has already been completed. The plan is to release these for testing sometime next week.
Account Tickets. We agreed that LorantSjouwerman will organize these tickets since the account system is part of the PST, but that AnandCrossley will be responsible for testing and signing off on these tickets.
SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that only one vacancy remains (AGN supplemental). MarkClaussen and AmyMioduszewski felt that 20B was a fairly typical recruiment semester in terms of difficulty. The EGS and SSP SRPs where a bit harder than the past. MarkClaussen reported a gender breakdown of 31 males and 25 females. He will send around a report once the last vacancy is filled.
X-Proposals:DaleFrail reported on the status of X-proposals. The XSAC comments were due Monday and he has received most comments. The XSAC meeting will be held on 24-25 January and he expects a report at the end of the meeting. The Director will then choose which proposals will move to the face-to-face technical/data management review (sometime in April/May). Operations will review these proposals and draft a set of questions to be answered at the face-to-face meeting.
Software Timeline:LorantSjouwerman noted that we need to converge on the 21A software timeline. He will dicuss this with RickLively when he returns and converge on dates/times with DanaBalser.
