SRP Science Reviews. DanaBalser summarized the status of the science reviews. So far only one SRP has not declared their conflicts and three have not assigned reviewers. There appears to be fewer conflicts than in the past. There are three proposals with only three reviewers, but all Large proposals have at least 5 reviewers. Some issues in the ETP SRP with 94 proposals. The ETP chair decided to have one additional reviewer for GW type proposals. Also, BarryClark generated the source conflict list earlier than planned to give to aid the ETP chair in assigning reviewers due to potential source conflicts. We agreed to give SRP chairs the source conflict list when we release proposals for review staring in 19B. The ETP chair suggested that we add another supplemental reviewer in the future and if we exceed 100 proposals we may need to have two SRPs. LewisBall suggested we proactively add 1-2 supplemental reviewers to ETP in 19B. All agreed this was reasonable and that we could always turn them away if we did not need them or had problems scheduling the telecon, but we should discuss this with the ETP chair at the face-to-face TAC meeting.
SRP Technical Reviews. ToneyMinter reported no issues with the technical reviews on the GBT side.
SRP Telescon Support. DanaBalser reported that JessicaUtley will have two data analysis to help administer the telecons. DanaBalser will send around a proposed schedule for the technical support.
PHT Requirements. RickLively reported via email that he has set up filters for the PHT 19A items. There are resources to handle the requested time issue (SSA-4907) needed by 1 October. There will be limited time for any other work. He suggested two simple tickets that might be useful: (1) create empty version (SSA-4344); and (2) transfer public bit (SSA-4047). It would be useful to do SSA-4969 (Add XMM-Newton Joint instrument) since this information is used in the TAC meeting but also downstream (scheduling), but since there were no XMM-Newton Joint proposals it can wait until 19B.
HST Proposals:ToneyMinter noted that there will be some joint HST-NRAO proposals submitted through the HST TAC. DanaBalser fielded a helpdesk ticket on the total time available on the VLA for a joint HST/Chandra/NRAO proposal. The question was how to count the 3% available time quoted in the documentation. He replied that the 3% was the open-sky available time (add this up on our LST plots), and added that as a general rule no more than 50% of the time would be allocated for any single proposal at a given LST. LewisBall agreed this was reasonable.
VLA Configuratioins:AnandCrossley asked for the VLA configurations before 15B. AmyMioduszewski agreed to track this down and put them on the web page (maybe as a link to a separate page for clarity).
