  • Disposition Letters. The GBT disposition letters were slightly delayed due to an internet outage. No significant feedback from the letters.
  • Science Program. A draft program is ready for review. JayFrothingham will check the GBT list to make sure these indeed will be executed in 25B. Otherwise DanaBalser will make these public next Tuesday, 20 May 2025.
  • Transfer Disposition Letters/Time to PST. AmyMioduszewski will push the button to move the VLA/VLBA letters and time from the PHT to the PST. JimSheckard will fetch the file from ThomasChamberlin to update the GBT letters and time in the PST.
  • Update Public Bit. JimSheckard will update the public bit next Tuesday, 20 May 2025.
  • Update Active Triggered/Large Pages. AmyMioduszewski, RobertMinchin, and JayFrothingham will update the pages for the VLA, VLBA, and GBT, respectively. HeidiMedlin will help with the triggered. In the past we may have had GBT info on the GBO web pages, but we agreed to just put these all in one place now.
  • eNews Article. DanaBalser will send AnthonyRemijan a draft article by early next week.

  • SRP Recruitment. AllieCosta reported we have 9 SRP vacancies.
  • PST/PHT Review Tickets. We agreed to prioritize tickets for the country cap work (11 days): SSA-8307 and SSA-8389. This will take the full 10 days of the review cutout plus at least part of the leftover time for the CfPs cutout. Any reminaing time will be put toward the special call work (21 days): SSA-8351 and SSA-8381. We will also lobby at the next SSA quarter additional effort for special calls.
