  • 20B
    • TAC Reports. DanaBalser reported that a draft NRAO TAC report is available. MarkClaussen noted that he forgot to change the scheduling priority for one proposals from C to B after the TAC meeting. This will slightly change the metrics. DanaBalser will update the TAC report page. ToneyMinter reported the GBT TAC report page is ready to be released tomorrow.
    • Disposition Letters. AmyMioduszewski reported that the VLA template is ready and she will create the dispositions today. She will need to make some manual edits. DanaBalser noted that the TAC chair should have any feedback today. MarkClaussen reported that the VLBA/GMVA disposition letter are ready and he will update these (and the PST) if there are any changes from the TAC chair. ToneyMinter reported that the GBT disposition letters are ready to be sent; he has inspected the HSA/GMVA letters for proposals that include the GBT. ToneyMinter will send out the letters tomorrow (15 April 2020) at noon EDT. MarkClaussen and AmyMioduszewski will send out the VLBA and VLA disposition letters, respectively, after their meeting around 13:00 EDT.
    • Science Program. DanaBalser and ToneyMinter will plan to have the science program published by next Friday (22 May 2020).
    • Disposition Letters/Time to PST. GBT: RickLively will fetch the GBT disposition letters from the GB database and upload them to the PST. There is some concern that he may have issues accessing the GBT database remotely from home. Normally the time is transfered from the GB PHT to the PST via a script designed for DDT proposals. This is laborious but there is a new service created by PaulMarganian for AnandCrossley that may be more efficient. AnandCrossley and RickLively will discuss this offline. VLBA/VLA: MarkClaussen and AmyMioduszewski will push the button in the PHT to transfer the disposition letters and time to the PST for the VLBA and VLA, respectively.
    • Public Bit. Once the disposition letters and time have been transfered to the PST, RickLively will update the public bit with a query.
    • Active Triggered/Large. AmyMioduszewski will make sure the active Triggered and Large proposals are updated.
    • Newsletter. DanaBalser will draft the newsletter and send to DaleFrail for review.
  • 21A
    • Timeline. DanaBalser will draft a 21A timeline and send to DaleFrail for review and then to the TTA group and TAC chair. We briefly discussed whether the 21A TAC meeting would be remote or in Socorro.
    • PST CfP Ticket Status. RickLively reported that the main items are mostly done and he plans to release these for testing on Monday. Progress has been slower than normal due to a difficult development environment. There was some confusion over the tickets expected to be completed in JIRA. For example, the specific meaning of having tickets listed under the 21A CfP filter, those listed in the epic ticket, and the priority. We agreed to refine our process for 21B to be more clear. LorantSjouwerman noted that we need input on 6266; MarkClaussen will get to this asap.
    • GBT/SOFIA. ToneyMinter had requested that we add SOFIA as a joint external proposal for the GBT. Main.Ricklively said that he should be able to include this for 21A. DanaBalser noted that as a backup we could use the technical justification page if necessary (as we did for XMM-Newton). We breifly discussed why this is not being made available with the VLA and VLBA. There may have been some communications problems. ToneyMinter and DaleFrail will discuss this offline.
    • SRP/TAC Recruitment. The past week was busy and there was no progress made on recruitement.
  • AOB
    • VLA DDT Special Call: DaleFrail reported that we received 80 DDT proposals with an oversubscription of 3.8. We breifly discussed if we would do anything differently w.r.t the process given the large number of proposals. We need a better plan in the future.
    • GBT DDT Special Call: ToneyMinter reported about half a dozen proposals thus far.
