  • 19B
    • Technical Reviews. MarkClaussen reported no software issues with the PST. We briefly discussed if there is a way to monitor progress since most people do the reviews offline. The "(N)" next to the reviewers name on the Reviews Summary page is suppose to indicate if the reviewer at least declared their conflicts but this does not appear to work for technical reviewers. RickLively will have a look at this and possibly provide a script to monitor progress.
    • Science Reviews. DanaBalser summarized the science review status. Six of the nine SRPs have completed the review assignments; the SSP SRP have declared their conflicts, and the GWT and PCO SRPs still need to declare their conflicts. DanaBalser will remind the relevant people. Some minor issues: the one Large GBT proposal only has four reviewers but this should be sufficient; one SFM reviewer did not declare their conflicts before the reviewers were assigned by the chair; and the PCO chair is conflicted on half of the proposals which will make the telecon a bit difficult to run.
    • SRP Telecons. DanaBalser reported that JessicaUtley has finalized the schedule and DanaBalser, AmyMioduszewski, and MarkClaussen have converged on the support schedule.
    • VLA/VLBA Source Conflicts. BarryClark agreed to generate the source conflict list.
    • PHT Requirements. We briefly discussed two tickets.
      1. Any Configuration: AmyMioduszewski summarized her tests in the PHT. The Any configuration number of semesters parameter appears in the PHT UI but does not show up in the pressure plots. RickLively noted that these were separate tickets. He will check to make sure the second ticket will be completed on time. BarryClark noted that some triggered proposals are requesting multiple semesters but indicated, mistakenly, D-configuration. So we will need to fix this in the PHT which may have unintended consequences.
      2. DDT Proposals: BarryClark suggested that with some "minor" changes we could accommodate DDT (and Sponsored) proposals in the PHT; that is, use the PHT to generate disposition letters that could then be copied to the PST. There is already a ticket for this issue. BarryClark and MarkClaussen will review the ticket and update if necessary and then RickLively will estimate resources.
