Timeline. The face-to-face TAC meeting was moved to a later time by one week on 1-2 May 2018 because of a scheduling conflict with the TAC chair. All but one TAC member are able to adjust their schedule. This pushes the Directors' Review to a later time by one week on 16 May 2018, and emailing the disposition letters to 25 May 2017. There are two issues: (1) Synthesis workshop in Socorro on 16-23 May 2018; and (2) Single-dish workshop in GB on 19-25 May 2018. So we agreed to move the Directors' review to 14 May 2018 and email the disposition letters on 30 May 2018.
