  • 22B
    • PST Status. RickLively reported no issues with the PST.
    • Helpdesk. LorantSjouwerman reported that we received three tickets form the proposing helpdesk: GBT observing; Large proposal guidelines; and a GOST issue. These have all been addressed, but we never heard back about the GOST issue (probably a local java issue). For the account helpdesk AnandCrossley reported that we have had a few password reset tickets (fixed) and a steady stream on institution requests (pending). We have not noticed any change since the two account tickets were released (password reset and diabled accounts), but these were rare events in the past.
    • PST/PHT Review Items. RickLively reported that AmyMioduszewski has tested the one released PHT ticket (bad elevations) and this looks good. He will be working on these tickets over the next couple of weeks; they should be ready for testing by the end of the month.
    • SRP/TAC Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that we were done with recruiting but one PCO SRP member withdrew due to other responsibilities. AmyMioduszewski recruited another PCO SRP member and we are now done again. MarkClaussen and AmyMioduszewski reported that we were able to recruit some of the scientist who volunteered to be a reviewer but several said no. There was some discussion about gender statistics (fraction of female SRP/TAC members). MarkClaussen maintains a history of SRP/TAC membership in a Google doc which can be used produce gender statistics, but for the official reporting we use the PST database together with an offline gender database. AnandCrossely is responsible for producing these statistics. DanaBalser noted that we need to identify someone to take over the gender analysis in the future.
  • AGN SRP in Semester 23A. DanaBalser reported that the plan is to split AGN into HLA/LLA in 23A. The Director has signed off on this and the TAC has been notified. MarkClaussen will create a JIRA ticket. He has also modified the 23A Google doc template. We currently have 9 AGN members and will need 12 total for the change to HLA/LLA.
