    • TAC Face-to-face Meeting
      • Release Info to TAC. DanaBalser reported that ToneyMinter is still working on the TAC documents and will not be ready on Friday. AmyMioduszewski reported that the VLA is almost ready. MarkClaussen reported that the items in the PHT look good and he will start working on the narrative tomorrow. The plan is now to release info to the TAC on 18 April (Wednesday). LewisBall noted that Action Item #6 in the Directors' Report was to consider changing the VLBA pressure plot to show the time after USNO contracted commitments are met.
      • Logistics. JessicaUtley reported that 7 of 8 TAC members will be in Charlottesville for the face-to-face meeting. The LBO director will connect via Socorro and the GBO director will probably either connect via Green Bank or be in person. DanaBalser will remind the NRAO director of the TAC meeting.
      • Technical Support. DanaBalser reported that a helpdesk ticket has been submitted. He will test zoom with the one remote TAC member.
  • 19A
    • Reviewer Volunteer Page. MarkClaussen reported that he has received feedback from several people and the new page is ready to go. LewisBall will draft an E-News article and circulate it for comment. Once ready MarkClaussen will publish the page and then DanaBalser will add a link to the TTA pages.
    • PST Requirements.
      • CfP. We briefly discussed the VLA/VLBA Technical Justification issues. Since these are coupled with changes to the Technical Review pages we agreed that it was best to create two tickets, for the VLA and VLBA, and include both CfP and Review items. MarkClaussen will create these ticket and then RickLiviey will modify as necessary. DanaBalser reported via BryanButler that there are no major VLA issues. MarkClaussen confirmed this and noted we should take care of the P-band issues. MarkClaussen reported that the VLBA 4 Gbs recording will probably be available and that this may be an option for the GMVA. Once confirmed he will update the ticket.
      • Review.
        • SSA-4275 Browser tabs get confused: low priority.
        • SSA-3729 Closed proposal should not be editable by the individual reviewer (only Admin): high priority.
        • SSA-3984 Formatting of Disposition Letter: low priority.
        • SSA-3727 Investigate copy of science and technical categories: medium priority.
        • SSA-4585 Modify the SRP Consensus Review Cue about Technical Reviews: medium priority. BarryClark will draft some text to update the cues. MarkClaussen will update his instructions to the technical reviewers to provided comments to both the SRP and PI for transparency, except for comments that encourage the SRP to make changes.
        • SSA-4580 Option for one proposal PDF per folder: low priority. DanaBalser will update ticket to note that it is one PDF per proposal.
        • SSA-2906 PST: TAC Meeting Page and Conflicts: low priority.
        • SSA-4651 Query Reviewer About Score Direction in the PST: high priority.
        • SSA-4273 Referee upside down prevention measures: medium priority. DanaBalser will update ticket to indicate that SSA-4651 supersedes item #2 in this ticket.
        • SSA-3852 Search throws error: low priority.
        • New Tickets: (1) Test the importing of science reviews under the new system; (2) Prevent reviewer from entering a review for review type None; and (3) Fix the issues when importing technical categories. All three should be high priority.
  • AOB
    • TAC recruitment. LewisBall noted that the EGS SRP chair has agreed to be TAC chair, that an ISM SRP member has agreed to be the ISM chair, and that he is still working on the HIZ SRP chair.
