  • GBT Time/Public Bit in PST. RickLively reported that the GBT time has been imported into the PST and the public bit is set. He also used the GB web services to import the recent set of DDT GBT proposals. For longer term we should do this in a more automatic way. RickLively will create a ticket for this future work. He will discuss this with folks in GB. If deemed useful, DanaBalser will organize a meeting to discuss how best to proceed. For example, BarryClark noted there was an old ticket to perform this function for VLA/VLBA DDT proposals in the PHT.
  • VLBA in Active Triggered/Large Pages. MarkClaussen had communication problems and we never got back to this item.

  • PST CfP Ticket Status. Most of the main tickets are essentially done. We dicussed the status of those remaining:
    • SSA-6348 Joint GBT SOFIA proposal: The only remaining issue is that you can submit the proposal with zero hours. We agree that it would be okay to trap this at validation.
    • SSA-6267 New GBT Large Proposal Constraints: New version has been released for testing on webtest. We need to eventually test this separately for both A and B semesters. Currently on webtest we are in semester 21A. The constraint of being Large if the requested time spans more than one year will only be applied to each session separately.
    • SSA-5309 Update gender input in PST: AnandCrossley and DanaBalser agreed that the UI could be improved from the current implementation on webtest, but that this will suffice if this proves difficult to modify. Until RickLively receives a new laptop (on order) there are development issues for UIs. If not completed now RickLively will split the ticket and work on this part later.
    • SSA-6266 Redo Station Selection for GMVA: There are some issues when copying old proposals. RickLively will improve the validation for this and MarkClaussen will test when available on webtest.
    • SSA-6235 Switching wideband -> spectral line -> wideband changes rate calc: The issue is that when switching back and forth between spectral line and wide band the parametes go back to their default vaules which can be confusing. This is a feature really and not a bug, but we need to decide if we want this behavior to change. We agreed to discuss this for 21B.
    • SSA-5822 Make "Elevation" and "Season" blank by default in ECT: RickLively reported that no work has been done yet and that this ticket may be difficult to implement. LorantSjouwerman suggested additional changes but we should disucss these for 21B.
    • SSA-5733 GOST 20B bug fix : LorantSjouwerman suggested we skip this ticket as we have a workaround.
  • SRP/TAC Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that BrianMason completed his recruitment (NGA and HIZ). He has started recruitment for his panels and has received one positive response in EGS. We received about 25 volunteers to be reviewers in 21A. AmyMioduszewski reported that she has slowly started working on recruitment for her panels and is done with GWT (only one to recruit). DaleFrail reported that he has a candidate for SSP chair and will send this email out soon. MarkClaussen has reached out to the one volunteer who was not happy with the current reviews but has not heard back yet.
  • Call for Proposals. DanaBalser reported that DavisMurphy will create the NRAO CfP template by the end of the week. DavisMurphy suggested a deadline of 24 June 2020 to finalize the text. EmmanuelMomjian felt that this time period was too short, especially since this will be his fist call. DanaBalser will negotiate a later time.
