  • 20A
    • Helpdesk Tickets. A total of 7 PST tickets were submitted after the Call for Proposals: five tickets about Extra-Large proposals; one about the exposure time calculator; and one about the external joint program. BryanButler will email RemyIndebetouw to check how the noise is estimated in simobserve(), since the user is getting very different answers between the simulation noise and the ETC. The external joint proposal ticket is being handled offline by MarkClaussen; DanaBalser will close this helpdesk ticket.
    • PST Review Requirements. We discussed the following tickets that were flagged by DanaBalser out of 20 tickets that he felt we should consider. Those interested should inspect the review tickets for any items they think are critical (see https://open-jira.nrao.edu/issues/?filter=11716). RickLively will work on these as time permits. We agreed to include the gender PST ticket in this list.
      • SSA-5010 PST: technical review download. High
      • SSA-3729 Closed review should not be editable by the individual reviewer (only Admin). High
      • SSA-3727 Investigate copy of science and technical categories. High (difficult to fix, but maybe a python script to bridge issue)
      • SSA-5387 Update PST Conflict of Interest Page on My Reviews. High
      • SSA-5469 Panel chair reviews for non-conflicted proposals. High
    • SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that there is little improvement since last week. There are 6 vacancies. We should start calling folks soon if we cannot fill these slots.
  • 20B Deadlines. We discussed the ongoing conversations about the deadline dates for PST requirements. These should be agreed to by upper managment and then passed downstream.
  • Double Blind Reviews. We discussed that the NRAO will probably need to go to the double blind system. The question is not "if" but "when".
