Large Proposal Telecon. All info has been put on the secure Wiki page and there are no issues to report.
Agenda. DanaBalser will email the TAC chair (and copy AmyMioduszewski and the GWT chair) that we have added a short discussion on how to treat Triggered proposals. There was some concern that we may not be doing this in a consistent way.
Logistics. JessicaUtley has been working with MarkBarnes to deal with the logistics for the TAC. Travel plans for observatory folks are set.
Technical. DanaBalser will reply to the helpdesk ticket to remind the technical folks to make sure Zoom is working for the one remote TAC member during the meeting.
PHT. AmyMioduszewski reported that the Any configuration ticket worked. It was a bit clunky this time around since the feature to change the semesters was not available yet. There are two issues. (1) We need to have the ability to add more than two semesters; this information is contained in the PST. RickLivley will add a PST and PHT ticket. (2) The disposition letters for these Triggered proposals may be confusing to the authors since they specified Any configuration. We agreed to remove the table at the end of the disposition letter, as proposed by BarryClark, and then make sure we include some info in the TAC comments (which we usually do anyhow).
PST Requirements. RickLively noted that we need to collect PST software requirement for 20A by around 1 May. There are two tickets that he can work on now.
Monthly Report. AnandCrossley reported a discrepancy of 1 hr in the monthly report for the GBT in March. ToneyMinter suggested this may be due to daylight savings time. GarethHunt confirmed that the metrics are done in local time and that this may be the issue. They will get together to sort out this problem.
