  • CfP. DanaBalser reminded folks that the NRAO CfP text must be finalized by 25 June 2021. The CfP will be sent on 1 July 2021. The Introduction, News & Opportunity, and Joint Proposals pages have been updated. EmmanuelMomjian said that there should be no issues finalizing the VLA and VLBA pages by 25 June 2021. ToneyMinter said that the online newsletter and AAS booth have updated the GBO CfP deadline. (The newsletter that was sent out earlier had the wrong times. Since the time was earlier than the real deadline this would not be too big an issue.) There are no issues getting the GBO CfP ready by 1 July 2021.
  • PST CfP Items. RickLively reported that he received feedback on the eLWA ticket and the updates should be on webtest. He needs to touch base with MarkClaussen on how to reproduce the bug in SSA-6858. LorantSjouwerman reported two isuses: (1) there is still a -1 BW issue for 4-band; and (2) he needs the go link for the HSA technical justification page from MarkClaussen.
  • Prioritize PST/PHT Review Items. We agreed to the following priorities. If RickLively finishes the technical debt tickets and these review tickets he can, in principle, start to work on other tickets (including CfP tickets if the timing is good). He will give us weekly updates of his progress.

  • SRP/TAC Recruitment. DanaBalser reported that TrishHenning has filled the ISM SRP chair vacancy---the TAC recruitment is now done. AmyMioduszewski reported that she only has one vacancy to fill in GWT.
