  • Update Active Triggered/Large VLBA Proposals. MarkClaussen reported that the active proposals are done; he still needs to work on the historical proposals.
• 21B
  • CfPs. TrishHenning reported that she has made a few corrections to the News & Opportunity section. We agreed to keep the VLBA staff assistance blurb in the Introduction and News & Opportunity sections. MarkClaussen will inspect the text. EmmanuelMomjian reported that he has made a first pass at the VLA section and sent this off for review. AmyMioduszewski is working on the pressure plot. MarkClaussen started the VLBA section and should have this done by the deadline. A complication is the GMVA part that includes ALMA; we need to get some convergence with outside folks. MarkClaussen and LorantSjouwerman have worked to replace the long VLBA links with the go.nrao.edu shorter links. We need to check the Alerts & Tips and Resources sections as well. ToneyMinter reported that the GBO CfP is in good shape and will be ready to go.
  • PST (my.nrao.edu) Shutdown. StephanWitz reported that the tentative date for the shutdown was 16 Dec 2020 but we are not ready. After some discussion we agreed to 21 Dec 2020 at 09:00-13:00 MST. StephanWitz will send an email to the TTA list to confirm this date/time.
  • Java Update. RickLivley reported that there has been no news.
  • PST CfP Status. RickLively reported that all items are pending release. We briefly discussed two new tickets.
    • SSA-6774 21B last minute 4 and 4/p changes: (3 days) EmmanuelMomjian provided some context on this ticket and we agreed that since this is going to GO that it should have a high priority. RickLivley said that we have used all of the CfP allocated DMS time for 21B, but that we could use some of the review allocated DMS time. EmmanuelMomjian said that we can find people to test over the next few weeks. MarkClaussen said he could help test this ticket.
    • SSA-6777 4-band rx range in ECT: (3.75) This ticket is related to SSA-6774 but is more complicted to implement for historical reasons. Therefore we agreed to move this to 22A.
  • PST/PHT Review Requirements. We were unable to discuss all of these tickets during the meeting, but we need to send DMS a list of priorities today. Therefore the plan is that DanaBalser will send around a proposed ranking today to TTA for review. The goal is to finalize the ranking by COB MST today.
    • PST.
      • SSA-6776 Export all disposition letters to a text file: (1 day) AnandCrossley and DanaBalser think this is high priority. MarkClaussen had some concerns about security (e.g., passing info via email). DanaBalser pointed out we already do this for the TAC. BarryClark suggested the secure wiki. After further discussion we agree that RickLively should investigate and propose a more secure method.
      • SSA-6778 21B technical review cues to include subarray: (0.25 day) MarkClaussen would like this to be done but it is not critical.
      • SSA-6605 PST: warning when not using Firefox (in particular Safari): (2 days) DanaBalser thought this could be useful as a lot of people who have problems are using Safari.
      • SSA-4961 PST Review: Export Review Type: (1 day)
      • SSA-5381 Reviews added for sponsored proposal when science category changed: (0.5 days)
      • SSA-3728 Remove proposals from review that are withdrawn during the review phase: (4 days)

      • SSA-3751 add navigation bar at page bottom: (5 days) AmyMioduszewski felt this would be good to do but below SSA-4344.
      • New Ticket: Transfer VLA configuration for HSA to the PHT: There was some confusion about this ticket since some people did not know the VLA configuration was included for the PST. It would be good to have in the PHT as well.
      • SSA-5764 Modify semester selection for sessions: (1 day) There is a fix for this item, but it is not ideal. RickLively will investigate.
  • SRP Recruitment. No discussion as we ran out of time.
