  • Updated Schedule. The Director's Review has been pushed back until 2 May 2025. We will also now release the disposition letters on 13 May 2025.
  • TAC Meeting. We are a little behind in sending the TAC the updated information. All materials have now been completed, however, and after this meeting DanaBalser will email the TAC.
    • Test Audio/Video. We ran the TTA meeting as a test for the SO auditorium. We were able to present on Zoom and display on the large auditorium screen. We were able to put people into the waiting room. The sound is okay, but a quiet voice far from the microphones will be hard to hear. There is only one camera that is fixed in the back of the room pointing towards the big screen. Since the in-person participants will be organized in a U-shape facing the big screen their backs will be towards the camera. A laptop with a webcam was setup in the front of the room and this seemed to work okay.
• DDT Proposal Caps. We agreed that for DDTs we would apply the following restrictions to PIs from foreign institutions: only priority A and B and must be within the country cap. The country cap baseline is the number of hours from the correspoinding semester. We will accumate hours for allocated DDT proposals.
• TTA Meetings. No TTA meeting next week because of the TAC meeting. The next TAC meeting will be 24 April 2025.
