    • TAC Large Proposal Meeting. DanaBalser reported that the agenda is set, the materials have been uploaded to the secure wiki page, and that the Zoom contact info has been sent.
    • TAC Meeting. DanaBalser reported that the agenda has been sent to the SSR AD and TAC chair. The plan is to use the same schedule as last semester; the schedule has been sent to the TAC. The plan is to send material to the TAC (including any updates for the VLA/VLBA based on the TAC Large proposal meeting) on Wednesday, 14 October 2020. ToneyMinter, AmyMioduszewski, and MarkClaussen noted that they should be able to make this deadline. MarkClaussen noted that we do have a reduced schedule this semester with an early TAC meeting.

    • PST CfP Test Plan. RickLively reported that the JIRA tickets are mostly finalized; there are a couple of tickets that they are still trying to reproduce. Normally the plan was to start development in mid-October but there are issues with software developer resources and a problem with the RHEL7 upgrades on webtest. Initially there were authentication problems which is used by the TTA group, but this is now fixed. There are also problems with mysql, however, so the plan is to move the developement to early-November. LorantSjouwerman said that testing will probably begin mid-November which means things will be a little tight with the holdays. He questioned whether or not webtest updates are communicated to the TTA group and do we have a say. RickLively said trying to schedule work on my.nrao.edu is always difficult since so many services are critical to this machine working. DanaBalser suggested that in the future we should be more formal; that is, RickLively will let us know and we will put this on the TTA meeting agenda for discussion. We can then proivde RickLively with our input to use in setting the time frames for future work. MarkClaussen reported work on two tickets. (1) SSA-6595. Issue with not seeing all resources when creating a session. Workaround is to create new resources. He tried to reproduce this bug with the hypothesis that it had to do with a copied proposal. He could not reproduce the bug. (2) SSA-6131. Issue was similar to SSA-6595 but slightly different. Here you could not add a resource to a session (the time would not be added). There was not really enough information to be able to reproduce this bug. DanaBalser suggested that in future helpdesk tickets that have these problems we try to get more information.
  • Proposal Metric Issues. AnandCrossley reported that we are running out of time to complete this effort before the Directors' Review. We are therefore prioritizing by looking for any big discrepancies with the proposal metrics (e.g., significant changes in the pressure plots). RickLively noted that NathanHertz should have some time to contribute soon and that AnandCrossley can contact him. DanaBalser noted that there are two components to the GBT work: vetting the older data with the GB PHT web services software and routinely updating the PST with this software. RickLively said DMS could package the software up so that ToneyMinter could run it for other proposal types (e.g., DDT).
  • Historical Large/Triggered VLBA Proposals. MarkClaussen reported no updates to this page.
  • AOB
    • Zoom: EmmanuelMomjian questioned if Zoom can be used to put a participant who has connected via phone in the waiting room. DanaBalser will check with JessicaBurns. Backup plan is for the participant to hang up and the moderator to text the participant when to connect.
    • Office: AmyMioduszewski asked if we were going to get permission to come to the office in case of internet issues for the TAC meeting. After some discussion we agree that the list should include the TTA head and the schedulers. DanaBalser will make the request.
    • GBT Prime Focus: ToneyMinter noted that we may need more time for the GBT during the TAC meeting to resovle scheduling issues for proposals using the prime focus receiver.
