  • Director's Review. No changes were made to the TAC recommendations.
  • TAC Comments to Chair for Review. The TAC chair has reviewed the TAC comments and the disposition letters have been updated.
  • TAC Report. DanaBalser is working on the TAC report and will email the TTA group when ready for review.
  • Disposition Letters. The plan is to send the disposition letters out next Tuesday, 13 May 2025, around Noon EDT. JayFrothingham will send out the GBT letters (takes about 10 minutes) around Noon and email the TTA list when completed. AmyMioduszewski will then push the button to send out the VLA and VLBA letters.

  • Proposal Caps/Special Call. There was some confusion about whether additional time is available, beyond the 2 x 10 day cutouts for 26A, to work on the special call tickets. After some discussion it was clear that no additional time is available this quarter. Currently there is 4.75 days available in the CfPs 10 day cutout and a maximum of 10 days available in the Review 10 day cutout for a total of 14.75 days. The proposal cap tickets will require an estimated 11 days so we will need to be careful when prioritizing review tickets (see below).
  • PST/PHT Review Tickets. Please see the email by AllieCosta for the link to the Review tickets to be discussed at the next TTA meeting on 15 May 2025. We need to be judicious when prioritizing these tickets.
  • SRP/TAC Recruitment. DanaBalser reported via AllieCosta that we have filled all of the SRP chair vacancies and have the following SRP vacancies: 2 EGS; 1 LLA; 1 HIZ; 2 SSP; 2 ISM; 1 GWT.
