PostMortem. There were a variety of issues but otherwise a fairly typical deadline.
Vegas Pulsar. When copying a GBT proposal that included the Vegas Pulsar backend a null value would be inserted into the deDispersion field which prevented the user from editing the resource. The workaround was to delete the resource and create a new one. We contacted the two other PI's with this problem and they corrected the proposals. RickLively fixed the problem and released it to production.
PDF and TJ. For GMVA proposals one of the technical justification text boxes did not show the text in the PDF. RickLively fixed this problem and released it to production.
Saving TJ. One user was not able to save text in one of the technical justification pages. They were using Windows with Chrome. The workaround was that ToneyMinter added the text for them. RickLively will investigate.
Withdraw Icon. There were two instances where the Withdraw Proposal Icon disappeared close to the deadline. This has happened before but has not been tracked down.
Sub-arrays. One user received an error message at validation about sub-arrays. We have since removed sub-arrays from Session and it appeared this was a copied proposal that still had some of this info. RickLively will investigate.
P-band Spectral Line. This was suppose to move from RSRO to Shared Rick in 18B but we did not make the change in the PST. Since it was not trivial to update the PST we had a workaround that the user would just specify wideband and note the spectral line details in the TJ. LorantSjouwerman created a placeholder ticket so we do not forget since P-band may be general observing in 19A.
Admin Tickets. We received about 10+ tickets directly related to password issues and many more related to institutions. GarethHunt noted that we still have to at least read the institution tickets since they can often be related to the account.
Release Proposals for Review. We released proposals for review as planned on 6 February. An SRP vacancy appeared at the last moment and was filled just before we released proposals for review. The new review system was released and so far no issues. DanaBalser will watch things closely to make sure the chairs are assigning proposals soon in the process since SRP members cannot begin review to proposals until they are assigned by the chair. There were some minor issues with the technical reviews. The order is different on the reviews page than the TJ page which may cause some confusion. Also, colors for the dummy technical reviews now appear on the Reviews Summary page which were confusing at first.
VLA Proposal Stats. JaredCrossley summarized a report which compares the normalized linear-rank score as a function of allocated time. This was requested by the User's Committee. Overall the results are consistent with expectations. We agreed that at low priority that additional plots that fold in LST, season, frequency, etc. would be useful for internal consumption. We may learn something new about these trends.
