Postmortem. There were 31 PST helpdesk tickets with about 5 related to X-proposals. The account helpdesk ticket load was typical. Here are some specific items.
GBT Ka-band/CCB: There were problems saving a resource using the Ka-band/CCB. This was quickly understood, fixed, and released by RickLively.
VLA YUPPI: There was a problem at validation when using this resource. RickLivley investigated the problem and it has to do with a validation list that was not updated. A JIRA ticket exists and this will be fixed soon.
GOST: A particular setup caused problems in GOST. LorantSjouwerman submitted a ticket and this should be fixed soon.
Elevation Limit: One proposal had a validation warning that the elevation limit should be negative. After some discussion it was thought that the validation code uses the LST calculator and makes some assumptions about the observing session. It is difficult to know a priori how the project will be observed so we agreed to soften the language of the validation message. LorantSjouwerman will craft a JIRA ticket.
Disabled Account: The validation trapped a proposal with a disabled account. This was probably a copied proposal or an account that was diabled before the proposal was submitted.
No Default Email Address: The validation trapped a proposal with no default email address. This was probably an old account since we now trap this condition.
Network Issues: There were problems with the network in GB. This appears to be correlated with a problem with the phones at NM Tech. This occured around noon MT and was resolved about 15 minutes before the proposal deadline. There did not appear to be issues in CV.
Release Proposals for Review. The schedule was a bit tight this semester but we released reviews on time. The proposal breakdown by SRP was well balanced. The AGN SPR has about 50 proposals and we used 2 supplemental reviewers. The PCO and GWT SRPs have about 30 proposals each. Combined this is less than the 90 we had with ETP a while back but an optimum load for an SRP.
PHT Items. RickLively will create a JIRA filter for 20A. AmyMioduszewski will prioritize the list with input from others. We discussed a few known items with higher priority.
Any Configuration: This still requires some manual work and needs to be cleaned up.
Sorting Sessions: There were some odd sorting issues with Session that should be fixed.
GBT Hours: We need to update the code that pushed the GBT hours to the PST since this is used for metrics.
TTA Meeting: The TTA meeting is cancelled for the next two weeks. The next meeting is 29 August.
