  • CfP
    • Status. NRAO: The Introduction and News & Opportunities sections have been update. GBT: In progress. They will include key areas of science for the GBT. VLBA/HSA/GMVA: In progress; should be done on time. Arecibo will be included.
    • AAS Poster. ToneyMinter reported that GB is working on a CfP poster for the AAS meeting. He will contact BryanButler (VLA) and WalterBrisken (VLBA) for information to include on the poster. He will send a draft of the poster to the TTA group for review.
  • PST Testing.
    • 18B Items. DanaBalser reported that he did not receive any comments beyond those included directly in JIRA.
      • Web Browser. We briefly discussed the issue about web browsers and the PST. Currently we recommend Firefox since there were issues with Safari and sometimes Chrome when uploading files. RickLively reports that this appears to be fixed but he needs to do some more testing. GarethHunt will ask PatMurphy to generate statistics. He thought that Chrome has taken over. BryanButler noted that we can generate statistics by computer and thus isolate the PST.
      • VLBA. We noticed a bug in the Session-less PST when adding resources. MarkClaussen confirmed that this does not exist in production but he will also check webtest in case we introduced the problem at that stage.
    • Session-less PST. LorantSjouwerman has recruited a couple of testers; no feedback yet. MarkClaussen has does some initial testing and will soon recruit some testers. ToneyMinter has forwarded the info to the GB scientific staff for testing.
    • Review Update. RickLively reported that this item should be ready for testing on time (15 Dec). MarkClaussen and DanaBalser will be the primary testers. DanaBalser will contact MarkWhittle (AGN SRP chair) to help test the software.
  • Reviewer Volunteer. MarkClaussen reported that there has been no action but he plans to start working on this soon.
  • SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that BrianMason has recruited 4/5 vacancies and that this info was sent to JessicaUtley. He was able to recruit an astrochemist to the ISM SRP. He still has vacancies in AGN and EGS. AmyMioduszewski reported that SFM and SSP are done and that she has two supplemental reviewer vacancies in ETP.
• Account Updates. GarethHunt summarized his proposal to update the "demographics" in the PST account system. This is motivated by having more information for metrics (e.g., gender memo). LewisBall emphasized that we should follow ALMA for consistency and deviate only when necessary. ToneyMinter suggested we might include info about up-to-date dissertation plans. GarethHunt will create a JIRA ticket and also email a document to the TTA email list. RickLively roughly estimated this might take a week to do.

  • ALMA Workshop. LewisBall noted that ALMA is planning a workshop on proposal preparation and that we need to be in the loop.
