  • Deadline Postmortem.
    • Proposing Department. We received about 30 tickets. Most were typical questions that were quickly resolved. Some tickets to note:
      • Technical Justification Limit: We ran into this feature again this semester with the same PI but different TJ field. No action.
      • Non-descript Validation Message: This an old feature that has mostly been resolved. Probably caused by the fact that the proposal was copied (the elevation limit was blank). No action.
      • Missing Abstract: Not sure how this happened and the proposal does not appeared to have been copied. No action now but if we see this problem again we should investigate.
    • Account Department. We received about 80 tickets (~20% password reset and ~80% institution request). No major issues.
  • Release Proposals for Review
    • Science. The proposals were released for review on time. A couple of proposals do not have enough reviewers. We are asking reviewers to relax their conflicts or searching for reviewers in another panel.
    • Technical. The proposals were released for review on time. The only issue was that some reviewers did not see the self declare page. In an attempt to fix this we reset all science reviewers conflict flag by mistake. After some work we think these have been set back properly.
  • Proposal Cap Implementation. We briefly discussed the process and the format for two csv files to allow the scheduler to update the PHT and to process DDT proposals. DanaBalser will send the format to the schedulers.
• TTA Meetings. No TTA meeting next week. The next TTA meeting will be 21 August 2025.

  • Dissertation Plans: AllieCosta reported that the cover page for one proposal listed the disseration graduation date as N/A in the proposal PDF. The student updated their graduation date in the profile after they were added as an author. Since they did not update the author information before submission the date is N/A. We do request that students update the graduation date in the timeline of their Dissertation Plan and in their profile. But since the author update feature is a bit obscure we agreed to only enforce the information in the Dissertation Plan.
  • Ninth Submission: At the request of the SRP chair, AnthonyRemijan will discuss with the PI about submitting the same proposal many times without significantly updated the text.
  • TAC Meeting: Please contact JessicaBurns about travel plans to the TAC meeting sooner rather than later.
