  • Director's Review. DanaBalser summarized the results of the review. DanaBalser, AnandCrossley, and RobertMinchin will get together to discuss options to increase the flexibitily of the 50% threshold for Large VLBA proposals at any GST.
  • TAC Chair Review of TAC Comments. The TAC chair has reviewed the comments with some queries. DanaBalser and AmyMioduszewski will follow up on a couple of these queries.
  • TAC Report. DanaBalser plans to draft the report by the end of the day on Friday, 7 November 2025.
  • Disposition Letters. The plan is two send out the disposition letters around Noon EST on Wednesday, 12 November 2025. We will do this sequentially with the VLA (AmyMioduszewski), VLBA (RobertMinchin), and the GBT (ToneyMinter). DanaBalser will send letters to the external facilities for the joint proposals.

  • PST/PHT Review Tickets. AllieCosta led the discussion. The preliminary results are listed in the table below (tickets not listed were given a priority of Low). If we do all tickets with priority Medium-High or above this will take the 10 days allocated. We plan to finalize this list at the next TTA meeting.
  • SRP/TAC Recruitment. We need to fill the following vacancies: 2 EGS; 3 + 1 chair LLA; 1 HLA; 2 NGA; 1 HIZ; 1 SSP; 1 ISM; 1 + 1 chair SFM; 2 + 1 chair + 2 supplemental GWT; 3 PCO. AnthonyRemijan has invitations out for all three SRP chair vacancies.
