  • Postmortem.
    • Proposing Department. There were 24 tickets. No major issues but two recurring problems: (1) Withdraw icon disappears before deadline; and (2) Corrupt ECT files are uploaded (Safari?).
    • Account Department. There were 48 tickets (~10% password reset and ~90% institution). Typical of last semester.
  • Release Proposals for Review.
    • Science. The scince reviews were released one day late but otherwise eveything seems to be okay. A few minor issues (duplicate accounts, password reset, etc.).
    • Technical. The technical assignments have been sent out for the GBT, VLA, and VLBA. They have also been sent out to the external facilities for joint proposals. DanaBalser will add JayFrothingham to the email list.
  • VLA/25B-004. This proposal should not have been allowed to be submitted: requests D-config, which is not included in 25B, and the PI is not a student. May have been meant to be a DDT (scientific justification is two pages). AmyMioduszewski will contact the PI. DanaBalser will contact the SRP chair. The plan is to allow this proposal to pass through the review process. Make sure it is assigned a linear-rank of 10.
  • SRP Meetings. JessicaBurns will send out the polls soon. AmyMioduszewski, RobertMinchin, AllieCosta, and DanaBalser will be the science support.
  • TAC Meetings. The TAC meeting and any ancillary TTA Tools meetings will span 14-16 April 2025.
• TTA Meetings. No TTA meeting next week. The next TTA meeting will be on 20 February 2025.

  • Global cm VLBI: RobertMinchin will contact folks to add JayFrothingham to the email list.
  • GMVA/25B-200: JayFrothingham reported that this proposal does not include the GBT on the Resource page but clearly requests the GBT. Since this is clear we agreed to include the GBT.
  • VLBA OSS 2014: AnthonyRemijan reported that BrianKent set up a redirect so that any google search would point to the current version of the OSS.
