Timeline. No issues with the timeline. DanaBalser will followup with the TAC chair to make sure there are no scheduling issues.
Call for Proposals. ToneyMinter reported no issues on the GB side to be ready for the CfP on 4 January 2019. MarkClaussen reported that he should be able to finalize the VLBA content by 17 December 2018. He is dependent on external information (e.g., GMVA, ALMA, etc.). BryanButler reported that the VLA content should be ready by 17 December 2018. The folks in Socorro have discussed the various links for the VLBA and will make sure these are included in the other pages and are current. LewisBall has updated the text to include info about the ETP SRP changes.
PST CfP Items. These items are available for general testing. No issues so far. DanaBalser reported that two additional tickets were added. One to include YUPPI for the VLA will be put off until 20A. Another that includes updates to the technical justification cue for the VLBA will be done in 19B if possible; otherwise it will be pushed to 20A.
PST Review Items. The main item (split ETP into GWT and PCO) is essentially complete; the filters used by PST admins still needs to be fixed. There may be an issue when creating a new semester since the science categories are copied from a previous semester. DanaBalser will proceed as normal and report any issues. There are a handful of other tickets that will be done if possible in January 2019. None of these are show stoppers but items that would be good to clean up.
SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported 8 vacancies: 2 AGN, 1 HIZ, 1 SSP, 1 SFM, 2 PCO, and 1 ISM. Most have outstanding requests. MarkClaussen reported that recruitment has been easier this semester (fewer rejections). AmyMioduszewski reported that it is about the same (PCO has been difficult like ETP).
TAC Recruitment. LewisBall reported that the TAC recruitment is complete and that the recruitment for this semester has been harder than before. There are 7 females and 2 males.
External Proposal Storage. We agreed to the proposal by AnandCrossley on how to store external proposals. This is to create as special area under /users that is controlled by a new linux group.
