    • PHT. RickLively reported that all items on webtest were released to production and things should be ready for the TAC meeting. Time permitting he may get to a ticket concerning the disposition letters.
    • TAC Face-to-Face Meeting
      • Agenda:
      • TAC Documents
        • VLA. BarryClark is concerned with one proposal (160 hr, Ka-band) that request more time than is available at the specified LST. We our waiting for feedback from the chair pro tem if it would be scientifically useful to schedule this project for 1/4 of time. Given the high score we suspect that is is likely to be approved so BarryClark will include some time for our preliminary allocations. We discuss the low pressure near 0 hr LST for D-config. This is primarily caused by few low frequency projects at this LST and the fact that it is daytime. The plan is to schedule some high frequency projects as filler to help fill this gap.
      • Technical.
        • Remote Connections. The plan is to have one remote TAC member and remote observatory folks in CV and SO. We should test the connection with the remote TAC member before the meeting. The setup at the last TAC meeting in GB worked fine. ToneyMinter was unavailable for this meeting but is aware of the plan.
        • ALMA Polarization Meeting. We promised one TAC member that she could connect to the ALMA Polarization meeting in Garching after the TAC meeting. The folks at ESO have provided contact info and require that we contact them to setup a time to test. A room in GB has been reserve and helpdesk tickets to both CV and GB have been submitted to coordinate with ESO for testing. Thus far we have not converged. DanaBalser will contact ToneyMinter when he returns. It is important to perform the test in the room that is reserved since each polycom system is different. As a backup we could have the TAC member travel to CV.
        • Jansky Lecture. LewisBall is investigating if the Jansky Lecture (on 24 Oct in CV) could be streamed to GB.
  • 18B
    • PST Software Requirements. The GBT and VLA requirements are in JIRA. Still waiting on VLBA requirements. RickLively will send around the 18B JIRA filter. We briefly discussed the status of the 18A PST review requirements. We have received some feedback from the TAC which leans toward the option to include all reviewers at the telecon. We discussed how best to assign primary, secondary, and tertiary reviewers. DanaBalser and LewisBall will discuss this early next week and converge on a plan.
