SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that we only have one vacancy remaining (ISM; invitation out). LewisBall reported that we that we need to find an NGA SRP chair pro tem for the TAC meeting since the current chair will not be available. He will send out a request today.
VLBA Available Time. MarkClaussen summarized his investigation of available time on the VLBA. The USNO time was not taken into account and needs to be updated. LewisBall will draft a letter to the User's Committee within a few weeks.
VLA Available Time. We discussed how available time should be calculated for the VLA and how we think it is indeed calculated. We agree that we should count the time requested in a previous semester toward the semester in question and that this should not be removed from the available time. BryanButler, BarryClark, and RickLivley will investigate what is actually done in the PHT. AmyMioduszewski noted that we do not consider ANY configuration time properly. BarryClark will suggest a modification to the PHT such that we can include this manually on a case by case basis.
