CfP. AmyMioduszewski reported that she sent the VLA pressure plot to BryanButler who is crafting the VLA section. MarkClaussen reported that he has not worked on the VLBA section yet but should have this done by the deadline 16 Dec 2019.
PST CfP Items. LorantSjouwerman reported that most of the tickets are in good shape. There are three high priority items that still need to be done (see below). The requirements for the PST review items are due on 13 Dec 2019. DanaBalser will email RickLively to create a PHT 20B filter in JIRA and populate this with the relevant older tickets. AmyMioduszewski just uncovered a PHT bug: when generating pressure plots Triggered time is not included. MarkClaussen will see if this bug exists for the VLBA. AmyMioduszewski will create a JIRA ticket and MarkClaussen will add to this ticket vis-a-vis the VLBA. We agreed to discuss the review tickets at the next TTA meeting (12 Dec 2019).

SSP SRP Recruitment. Some context. There was a post to the Planetary Exploration Newsletter (PEN) about GBO/NRAO review panels indicating there were not enough reviewers with planetary science experience. This post was not vetted by the TTA group but originated in Green Bank. ToneyMinter noted in an email that this is not the problem, but that some of these proposals are not written for a more general audience. Because the SSP SPR is a grab back of science topics, at most one or two will have planetary experience. We agreed that for the 20B review that the TTA member assigned to the SSP SPR telecon should encourage the panel to note in the SPR comments to the PI if they feel that a particular proposal is not written for a general audience.
X-proposals:DaleFrail reported that the XSAC has been formed and the date of the meeting is 24-25 January 2020. The committee has been given the charge and he will soon send them the relevant materials. He expects a report on 25 January 2020. The face-to-face feasibility study will be scheduled once we know the outcome of the XSAC meeting but will probably be late March or early April.
