  • GBT Time/Public Bit in PST. ToneyMinter will provide a sanity check on the numbers sent by RickLively who will then update production if there are no issues and set the public bit. We briefly discussed if we could use the GB web service to update the time for GBT DDT proposals. ToneyMinter will send RickLively a list of the DDT proposals to update and he will have a look.
  • VLBA in Active Triggered/Large Pages. MarkClaussen reported that he has not done this yet but will do so as soon as possible.
  • VLBA/20B-100. We briefly discussed this HSA proposal which was mistakenly approved for the VLA. The procedure is for AmyMioduszewski and MarkClaussen to manually update the priority for the VLA and VLBA, respectively, after the TAC meeting. This was just an oversight in this one case. DanaBalser removed this proposal from the Science Program. RickLively updated the time and public bit in the PST, but this proposal is still visible in the PFT. RickLively suspects a problem with the mirroring and will investigate.

  • PST CfP Ticket Status. LorantSjouwerman reported that the major tickets are essentially done, but he has emailed a few people to confirm. RickLively has started some of the lower priority items but will probably not complete these in 21A; we have workarounds for these tickets. DanaBalser has inspected the gender ticket and two GBT tickets; there are some issues with the GBT Large proposal ticket. ToneyMinter will test the GBT tickets.
  • Prioritize Review Tickets. We discussed the reivew tickets and set priorities (see below). This should approximately fill the allocated DMS development time.
    • PST
      • SSA-6336 Fix historical PST proposal grades: Critical.
      • SSA-5780 Bugs when assigning conflicts for reviewers: Critical.
      • SSA-3219 Technical Category Import needs error messages: Major. We have workarounds but would like to fix this problem.
      • SSA-3881 Add validation for technical categories in importing categories: It appears this ticket is the same as SSA_3219. RickLively will investigate and merge if appropriate.
      • SSA-6236 TJ cues in review page: Minor.
      • SSA-6402 Dissertation proposal doesn't match dissertation criteria: Minor. For 21A RickLively will only investigate. If there are issues then we disscuss this with the 21B tickets.
      • SSA-3028 PST: Export Consensus Reviews: Minor. DanaBalser will investigate if this is still an issue.
      • SSA-6378 PDF Document Properties: Minor. For 21A RickLively will only investigate. If there are issues then we disscuss this with the 21B tickets.
      • SSA-3470 SRP panel page showing duplicate entries for Admin: Major. This only occurs for PST admins but is rather disruptive.
      • SSA-2845 PST: Proposal Changes during Review: Minor. RickLively will investigate if this feature can be implemented without causing significant problems downstream. There are two issues: (1) Allow a PST-admin to add or remove a proposal from the review process; and (2) Allow a PST-admin to change a science category. He will start with (2). He usually has to fix these in the database which can be painful.
    • PHT Tickets
      • SSA-5764 Modify semester selection for sessions: Major. This ticket has been worked on and may be done. RickLively will investigate.
      • SSA-4344 Can't create empty version in PHT: Minor. It would be nice to fix but we do have a workaround.
  • SRP/TAC Recruitment. No discussion as we ran out of time.
