  • PCO SRP. Two PCO members dropped out for 26A and the recruiters for this panel are not available. AllieCosta and DanaBalser will work to recruite two new members. ScottRansom will send some candidates. AmyMioduszewski will sends some possible candidates with experience with CVs.
  • Helpdesk Issues
    • Proposing. AllieCosta reported only one ticket submited which was resolved by the user.
    • Account. AnandCrossely reported that he has caught up on institution requests and followed up on password resets.
  • PI Institutions. We discussed details about the proposals caps and there was some concern about how HSA/GVMA and joint programs will be handeled. DanaBalser will ask the Director to attend one of our TTA meeting to discuss these issues. We agreed that AnandCrossely will create/test a cron job that will send an email to schedsoc and gbtime when there is a DDT submitted that has an old institution (they requested a new institution which has not been added yet).
