  • Timeline Update. Two issues:
    • The AGN chair cannot make the TAC face-to-face meeting. We agree to ask the chair to suggest a chair pro tem for the TAC meeting.
    • ToneyMinter will not be available on 17 May 2019 to email disposition letters. We agree to move this to 16 May 2019. DanaBalser will confirm with MarkClaussen who was not at the meeting.
  • PST CfP Items. RickLively reported that four additional items have been released on webtest and tested. All tickets are ready to be released to production.
  • Call for Proposals
    • Release PST. RickLively reported that he plans to release the PST around 9:00 MST for checking. LorantSjouwerman has checked GOST and will inspect the ECT page.
    • Emails. DanaBalser reported that the GBO plans to send out their email at 1pm. He will investigate who is responsible in GB since ToneyMinter is traveling. He will also let DavisMurphy know we plan to send the NRAO call out at about the same time.
  • SRP Recruitment. AmyMioduszewski reported that there are two remaining vacancies: 1 ISM and 1 PCO.

  • User Account and Gender. LewisBall noted that we may need to alter how we specify gender in the user account system. Currently we have (optionally) male or female. LyndeleVonSchill will provide a recommendation on how best to capture other options.
