  • TAC Meetings
    • Large Proposal Meeting. All materials have been uploaded to the secure wiki for the meeting on Friday, 4 April 2025.
    • Regular Meeting. The plan is to send updated materials to the TAC on Wednesday, 9 April 2025 for the TAC meeting in Socorro on 15-16 April 2025.
    • SO Auditorium Test. The plan is to test the SO auditorium by holding the next TTA meeting in this room. We will use the SO Auditorium Zoom address.

  • ENews Reviewer Volunteer Article. AllieCosta will submit an article to BrianKent for the next news letter.
  • Proposal Caps. We had a long discussion abouty proposal caps which are to be implemented only for the VLA in 26A. We agreed that we need to extend the time between the TAC meeting and the Director's Review by at least a few days to one week. This will make it hard to send the disposition letters out within 10 days of the NSF AAG deadline of 15 November 2025.
  • Cap/Special Call JIRA Tickets. AllieCosta will send 4 tickets to JoeMasters by 4 April 2025 for the SSA prioritization meeting. These include two tickets for the proposal caps (SSA-8307 and SSA-8389) and two tickets for the special call (SSA-8381 and SSA-8351). AmyMioduszewski will try to inspect SSA-8307 and SSA-8381 by tomorrow.
