Logistics. DanaBalser reported that the telecon is scheduled for 9 April 2020 at 09:00-12:00 EDT (07:00 - 10:00 MDT). The plan was to use the normal telephone conferencing number, but we agreed it would be useful to use Zoom as a test for the connectivity during the regular TAC meeting. DanaBalser will reserve one of the NRAO Zoom rooms if possible.
Material. ToneyMinter reported that the DSS simulations are still not working but he is forging ahead to try and have materials ready for release on Monday (6 April). MarkClaussen and AmyMioduszewski reported that they should have the materials ready by 6 April for the VLBA and VLA, respectively.
TAC "Face-to-Face" Meeting
Logistics. MIS has configured communications during the TAC meeting such that one can connect via Zoom, the Polycom system, or audio. We discussed the merits of using NRAO/GBO conferences rooms. There are some issues with bandwidth at some home locations and this may be a problem for a 1.5 day conference. DaleFrail will investigate allowing NRAO/GBO folks access to the buildings as a backup.
PST CfP Ticket Status. RickLively reported that he has started work on a few tickets but that most of the work will be done in early May with a plan to release for testing in mid-May. He might role out a few tickets early.
Joint NRAO/XMM-Newton ToO. We agreed that the NRAO/GBO joint component will only consider ToO Triggers for one Announcement of Opportunity (AO) period and not three as requeste by XMM-Newton. We briefly discussed if this included follow up, which typically only request an extra semester. We agreed to just handle follow ups on a case-by-base basis as we have been doing in the past.
SRP Solicitation. MarkClaussen will draft a newsletter article which he will share with the TTA group and then submit this to MarkAdams.
Next TTA Meeting: The next three meeting will be cancelled due to: 20B TAC Large Proposal Telecon, TTA Tools CoDR, and 20B TAC meeting. The next TTA meeting will be on 30 April.
