PST Release Notes (3 February 2014)

• Telescope Resources:
  1. GBT Resources
     • VEGAS is no longer shared risk.
     • The Spectrometer and Spectral Processor backends have been removed.
  2. VLA Resources
     • Unless the PI is a student a proposal has to have at least one VLA configuration that will be available during the semester in question.

• Misc.:
  1. Sponsored Proposals. Added sponsored proposals to the General page.
  2. Joint Proposals. Add external proposals to joint proposals (e.g., HST).
  3. Technical Justification. Minor updates.
  4. General Improvements
     • Modified how the filter/sort works on the summary view of the proposal page.
     • Improved the pdf generation (reliability and format).
