• Telescope Resources:
  1. EVLA: Enhancements to the documentation.
  2. GBT:
     • A new sensitivity calculator has been included.
     • A FPGA Spectrometer called VEGAS is available for shared risk observing.
  3. VLBA: A Resident Shared Risk Observing (RSRO) program has been included.

• Proposal Processing:
  1. Unified text for the automated email acknowledgment.
  2. Altered proposal ID numbering scheme so that the ID number is unique across NRAO telescopes.

• Misc.:
  1. Improved the visibility of the Student Observing Support (SOS) program.
