1. Introduction

When we retrieve a full proposal from the proposal database in XML form, we need to know the schema to which it conforms. This schema should be supplied by OpenSky.

2. Background

We worked successfully on getting the user definition XML schema defined last trimester, so it is time to move on to the full proposals now.

A properly defined XML schema must be provided.
