I deployed an update to the query filter, on our test server, which will return a comma separated list of legacy Id for a user based on his authentication token

Some sample queries are : Query 1 - https://my.nrao.edu/nrao-2.0/QueryFilter.htm?QueryFilter?userByAccountName=nradziwi - returns an XML file with her information.

Query 2 - https://my.nrao.edu/nrao-2.0/QueryFilter.htm?QueryFilter?authenticationToken=75Qz5N7XwTXQWzvAXs73jxYmt&getLegacyIdByUser=xxx - returns the comma separated list of the person's proposal's legacy Ids.

Query 3 - https://my.nrao.edu/nrao-2.0/QueryFilter.htm?QueryFilter.htm?authenticationToken=75Qz5N7XwTXQWzvAXs73jxYmt&getLegacyIdByUser=xxx - returns a list of submitted proposals
