CASA Software Engineering Project: Move OS X 10.7 Package Builds to cbt-d11-1

Move CASA processes for building and publishing OS X 10.7 CASA packages from casabtm1 to cbt-d11-1.

The computer cbt-d11-1 is a Mac with a 32 bit EFI. This is not upgradable to an OS X version later than 10.7. Move packaging work from casabtm1 to cbt-d11-1 to free up casabtm1 to be upgraded OS X 10.8 for packaging and test work.

Status: See CAS-5446.
