  • Talked with Mark about my dislike of requests for new features which have significant costs associated with them that enter our system through JIRA (rather than our various help desks) and are immediately assigned to develoeprs without having first passed through management/CSSC channels for formal approval and prioritization, especially when their requirements have been poorly defined (eg CAS-5740).
  • Resolved CAS-6458 (Feasibility of allowing image cubes to have null-sized restoring beams in some planes) by suggesting an alternative that Urvashi said she could live with.
