Have been sidetracked from my 5.4 development by a couple of tickets from the VLASS pipeline on flagdata.
CAS-11482: warn users that quakcincrement=True is not supported in flagdata's list mode. Ready to validate
CAS-11432: add CASA version and build info to MS history: ready to validate
While implementing this, I noticed that tasks get ~ 10s slower when running the CASA ID hash. This can be a performance hit for several tests such as test_flagdata suite which contains hundreds of tests. The pipeline may also get affected by this increase in run time per task. Darrell and I thought that this could be caused by the new telemetry, but the solution is still TBD.
Have been updating and fixing some MMS tests that run in the ESO jenkins
