• CASA 5.4 development planning:
  • Breaking out work by person, please have a look at what is there so far, need to finalize by 4/12.

Pipeline

• pipeline restoredata operations rely on flagmanager to save and restore flags, cannot currently mix HPC and serial mode pipeline runs because of column storage issues

HPC

• CAS-11247: "hifa_restoredata fails in 5.3 prerelease+trunk-". Problem with ordering of rows and tiles across serial/parallel runs. flagmanagers's restore relies on ordering. Investigating if workaround possible.
• CAS-11196, CAS-11207, CAS-11234, CAS-11235: parallel and non-parallel related bugs causing issues in pipeline executions with 5.3 prereleases seem all fixed.
• CAS-10697 - uvcontsub issue in parallel with combine=spw, seems fixed and validated, but some new issue found? And...
• uncovered some unclear points and/or inconsistencies around WEIGHT/SIGMA_SPECTRUM and tests of init_weights: CAS-11262, CAS-11269.
