The weblog plot in the column to the left is of the science target with a 680m uvrange cutoff. There is no bad data here, simply DA64 has only 1 baseline within the cutoff and so its data do not average down like the rest. But there is nothing wrong with DA64's baselines, as can be seen by the two plots below. |

While most of the data on DV05 are flagged, the remainders are not noisy, so do not stand out: |
|
24 | ibid ibid ibid |
DV05 is not the only outlier in the plot below. DA63, DA54, DA46 all have residual bandpass slopes, whereas DV05 has most of its integrations flagged. |
Caught DA51: because 3/4 of its spectrum is already flagged, leading to higher noise. DV05 is several times noisier than the rest in the per-antenna average only because most of its times are flagged, so does not show up here. |

There is some general decorrelation, but DV06 is only actually bad on the first timstamp of the phase calibrator, a fact which is caught by the heuristics: |
|
60 | ibid uid___A001_X899_X10 uid___A002_Xbb2021_X2cdd |
This rolloff is seen on all antennas and is simply the normal effect of the anti-aliasing baseband filter, which has a 3dB point at 62.5 MHz from the nominal edge. In this case, the FDM spw (25) is placed within 52 MHz of the edge, so it is a bit closer than normal, probably due to the small vagaries of the online tuning solutions (LO1=348.403 GHz, channel 0 = 344.35 GHz which corresponds to IF=4.053 GHz). This rolloff should calibrated out, as long as the bandpass calibrator is strong enough, so should not in general be flagged. | |
61 | 2016.1.00859.S uid___A001_X87c_X618 uid___A002_Xba839d_X8f0 |
Normal heuristic is not run on science targets. But running it with 3x higher threshold does still catch these 2 bad timestamps in the 2 spws. Also, one antenna is caught by normal heuristics. |
