Using archival AutoOOF data

Given that AutoOOF has been in use for more than a decade now, Can we use the archival data to understand how the surface changes? The first step would be to make an inventory of observations that have used AutoOOF and then select those which resulted in a good surface accuracy (it is not uncommon that AutoOOF will not improve the surface quality).
