• Modify the parameter names:
  1. BiasDefaultDac
  2. BiasOperatingDac
  3. BiasOutputPath
  4. BiasTowerLatency
• Change 300 to 3000
• Create output file name based on timestamp.
• Verify that Stop works.
• Find out why _read_DetBias_config seems to be called twice.

TODO List post first commissioning run

• 2nd stage pulse tube or Array G0 temperature needs to be cleared.
• Change Save/Load Config file error level (changed to NOTICE) and set the default directory to /home/gbt/etc/config/mustang_config
• If HE3OUT and cycletype is NONE, modify the code to prevent disabling scans. Also, add a message with HE3OUT is executed.
• Add an informational message that a Det Bias Curve is being collected. Turned off debug output.
• Calculate scan start time and scan length to get end time and throw out any packets with t > end time in the FITS writing code.
• Reduce the quantity/frequency of config and stream header error announcements.
• Add a CLEO message if 2 stage PT temperature exceeds 30K.
• Evaluate parsing & FITS performance by changing Settle, NSamp and LSync. Change nstep from 8 to 31.
• Heisenbug: Brian/Simon thought they observed that over many 10s scans, some FITS files do not get written.
• Heisenbug: Take Det Bias Curve, switch back to default scan, parsing stops.
• Use TaskMaster.
• Create environment script.
• Turn DAQ OFF, ON, then do conform to touch crate parameters.
• Validate COF files.
• 2nd commissioning run. cryoabort cycle -> DAQ Power OFF. CLEO reflect DAQ power? Autoprepare issue. Control -> Feedback. Try Feedback only parameter? Same thing for Tower Power.
