asdmExport

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Runs asdmExportLight on the NRAO-CV Lustre system (last updated for C4 ACS on Aug 24, 2016) on one ASDM or a list of ASDMs. See also asdmExportImport.

Usage: 

au.asdmExport(asdmlist, args='')
Inputs:
  • args: for example "-m" to export only the XML files

Example: 

CASA <2>: au.asdmExport('uid___A002_Xad0151_X2db')
Running  bash -c "source /lustre/naasc/sciops/comm/rindebet/pipeline/scripts/pipeline_env_trunk_c4acs.sh ; asdmExportLight  uid___A002_Xad0151_X2db"
