applyQA0FlagsToCaltable

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Reads the FLAG_CMD column from a measurement set and applies it to a caltable. See also qa0flags.

Usage: 

au.applyQA0FlagsToCaltable(caltable, vis='', tbuff=0.001)
  • caltable: the name of the caltable to flag
  • vis: measurement set from which to read the flags; by default, this parameter is read automatically from the caltable
  • tbuff: value (in seconds) to pass to flagcmd

Example: 

CASA <2>: au.applyQA0FlagsToCaltable('uid___A002_Xaa2cd9_Xd6f.ms.tsys')
