IF Spectrums
IDM Type I
- spurs.xls: Spreadsheet with IDM Type I output spectrums.
IDM Type II
The IDM Type II prototype gain flatness was measured by detecting the IF output using an HP 8566 spectrum analyzer. The analyzer was set to Peak Hold and a synthesizer connected to the IDM input ports was used to sweep the RF passband. The LO1 doubler input was stepped by 500 MHz. It is believed the spurs shown in some 21 Jan plots are due to a nearby network analyzer interfering - they were not seen the following day with analyzer off.- IDM2specAnTests.pdf: 21 Jan 2009 Output spectrum of Type II IDM by itself.
