TKFPA_75, August 31, 2011: Repeated Spectral line band scans for stability test

  • Nod observations while telescope stowed during painting shutdown. Cycled through entire frequency band with 4 beams, 800 MHz bandwidth. There are 13 spectral bands observed in 700 MHz steps, from 18000 MHz to 26400 MHz.

TKFPA_76, September 1, 2011: Calibration check observations of the Moon

On-Off Moon Observations at four frequencies, in the 7+1 mode.

  • Scans 1599-1600: On/Off Moon at 17999 MHz
  • Scans 1601-1602: On/Off Moon at 18999 MHz
  • Scans 1603-1604: On/Off Moon at 19999 MHz
  • Scans 1605-1606: On/Off Moon at 20999 MHz

TKFPA_77, September 16, 2011: DCR_AF Balance and Spectrometer config

Tests with Melinda M, using DCR_AF mode with 12.5, 50, 200 and 800 MHz bandwidth
  • Scans 14-17: Reasonable peak with beams 4+6 and 50 MHz bandwidth
  • Rest of peak/focus scans are not usable, due to stop for reconfigurations.
  • Scans 32,33: 4 beam, 200 MHz dual pol. obs tests. Not all beams configured in spectrometer correctly.
  • Scans 34,35: 4 beam, 200 MHz dual pol. obs. No cal blinking
  • Scan 36: Single map scan; no cal blinking
