Change Requests (Hardware)

The following table is established to track all hardware changes, issue resolution, and other requests. These includes all changes to system definition since the completion of the Critical Design Review. This is modeled after modification requests generated for GBT software group . Once the M&C and pipeline software are mature, a similar procedure will be adapted.

Instructions for Entries

• The obligator edits ("Edit Table" button below) the table under column headings, "Obligator", "Description", "Wiki Page", and "Sponsor".
• The obligator generates a wiki page with all pertinent details.
• The sponsor signs off on the change with an explanation of the resolution on the linked wiki page .
• Be careful not to modify the existing signed changes.
