2012A GBT Call for Proposals - KFPA

The K-band Focal Plan Array Receiver (KFPA) share risk observations were successful in Winter 2010/2011. The KFPA is now available for normal GBT observations.

Receiver temperatures for the different beams range between 13.6 and 27.4 K at 23.5 GHz. A reasonable system temperature estimate for high elevation and good weather is 40 to 45 Kelvin.
