I deployed TelCal 1.5.13 to test and production today.
evla-telcal-1.5.13 (27may2010)
Updated the AntsolMessageSender to send one message per subband.
AntsolMessageSender now reuses the same DatagramPacket object instead of creating a new one for each submission.
Fixed a NPE.
Fixed DisplayTelCalStats class to handle line breaks in the XML.
Added stat collection on reading and correlating SDM Flag data.
